Shipping and Returns
All orders take 3-7 business days after payment to process and fulfill before shipping out. Some items may come from different facilities and will be shipped in different packages with different processing times. This allows us to offer a variety of great apparel and accessories but it does make shipping costs a bit more difficult.
Standard shipping for all orders. Currently only shipping to US addresses.

If your item is damaged, defective, or inaccurate, you must send us an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order with pictures of the item showing the issue for a replacement to be sent. We can not replace the item after 7 days. The exact same color and size will be sent to you at no additional cost. No changes can be made for the replacement item. If the replacement item is also inaccurate or damaged then a credit will be provided for another purchase or a refund offered for the original payment amount.
We offer a one-time size exchange. The exchange policy period is 21 days from the day you receive your order. After 21 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Your exchange must be postmarked before the end of the 21 day period or your exchange will not be processed. Please send us your tracking number and the size you want to exchange it for so that we can begin the exchange process once we receive the item. We do not cover the cost to ship the item back to us for an exchange but we will cover the shipping for the item to be sent back to you.
Your item must be unused and in the exact same condition as received for the exchange. Items that have been washed, worn, or used will not be accepted for an exchange.

Returns and Refunds:
Unfortunately, because items are printed on demand and shipped directly from the print company, we can not offer refunds or returns. We want you to be happy with your items so please email us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to find a solution.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions unless the item is damaged or inaccurate upon delivery.
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen packages
This Girl Loves Golf and Brandi Jackson Golf are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves the print facility. Once the package leaves the facility, it is the responsibility of USPS, UPS, Fedex or other shipping services - please watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package.
